We are a Hybrid gym that caters for all fitness levels. From functional training, strength and conditioning, boxing and step classes, crossfit styled workout, 6 week challenges. Both beginners and athlete programs, designed individually to fit your fitness needs no matter where you are in your journey. We provide recovery sessions, both Ice bath and sauna and Inbody scans onsite. We work closely with the Logan city council to provide free training sessions for both kids and adults under the Active and Healthy program. Coaches who are passionate about fitness and also growth in all areas. We love to nurture our members to help get the best out of your fitness journey

Building our gym over the last 4 years has been an incredible journey. We've created not just a gym but a community space where people can come together to improve their health and support each other. This journey has had its ups and downs, it has also strengthened our bond and proven the power of teamwork and perseverance.

What coaching means to liz: 'The mums - we can carry a lot of self doubt after having kids and sometimes lose our confidence in the midst of motherhood. Seeing mums really make time for themselves, and start their journey into rediscovering themselves"
Fun Fact: " I used to suck my bottom lip so much my parents put chilli on it when I went to sleep to try and stop me, then I found out I could suck it from the inside. Think smarter not harder"
What coaching means to Jasmine: Being a part of our members' journey and safe space, watching them flourish, meeting and interacting, building new relationships, and creating safe space for our members.
Fun Fact: " I can eat a 1L tub of ice cream (saralee rocky road) and a block of chocolate in one sitting.
What coaching means to Henry? " I love coaching because I get to help others and serve our community. I love being a part of the journey, the success, achievements and accomplishments that come with it. Knowing that I can change one's narrative pushes me to continue what I do and be a better version of myself along the way.
